Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Bluedge Pools for your pool service needs. We are dedicated to providing high-quality service to ensure your pool remains clean, safe, and enjoyable.

Please review the following policy. By applying for any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Limitation of Liability: Bluedge Pools shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries related to pool services, including but not limited to pre-existing conditions, equipment failures, pool structural issues, run-off, or accidents occurring in or around the pool area.

No Warranty: Bluedge Pools does not guarantee that our services will prevent all issues or problems related to pool maintenance. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Bluedge Pools harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of our services, including any claims by third parties.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Access: Customers must ensure unrestricted access to the pool area on scheduled service days. Failure to provide access may result in missed service, for which the customer will still be billed.

  2. Hazardous Conditions: It is the responsibility of the customer to address any hazardous conditions (such as wasp nests or dangerous chemicals) in the pool or surrounding area for employee safety.

  3. New Conditions to Pool Area: If any new objects, structures, or plants have been added to the pool area, the service may be postponed until the issue is resolved.

  4. Photos: Bluedge Pools is allowed to take photographs of the work that was done and post them to online platforms. Any sensitive information, such as addresses, license plates, or house numbers, will be blurred.

Payments: Payments can be made via cash, check, CashApp, Venmo, or credit/debit card.

Late Payments: Accounts that are more than 5 days past due will result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

Cancellations: Customers must provide a minimum of 30 days' notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 30 days' notice may incur a fee.

Updates: Customers must keep their contact information up to date, including phone numbers and email addresses, to facilitate communication.

Feedback: Any concerns or feedback should be reported promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Notice: Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. The final invoice will be adjusted to reflect services rendered up to the termination date.

Immediate Termination: Bluedge Pools reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated policy violations. Bluedge Pools is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, or other acts of God.
